What Are Your Letting Fees?
All our fees are quoted on a project by project basis, this is because we tailor our services directly to our clients needs within the short, medium and long term. DRH can always provide you with a free no obligation quote so that you can make an informed decision.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all well recognised credit/debit cards, cheques, bank transfers and cash. Whichever method is easiest for you.
Can You Manage My Whole Portfolio?
Yes, DRH Property Solutions manages portfolios for our clients from 2-3 property comercial portfolios to larger 20 plus home residential portfolios. We have the staff and expertise required to manage property portfolios of any scale.
How Quickly Do You Respond To Emergency Call Outs?
We provide full emergency call outs for nearly all of your property needs, from gas leaks to break ins. We will always strive to be at the location as soon as physically possible to resolve your issue.
